Hello there fellow wasteland wanderers.Made something a little diffrent for a change,a cannibal butcher shop.I am drawn to the dirty dark apocalyptic world and cannibals are one of my favs so I thought they needed a place to loiter about. This is based on a 4'x4' piece of slate and made from corndog sticks and some scrap balsa laying about. Both the roof and table are removable. The meat slabs are based on gw skeletons with green stuff .I plan on adding a few accent pieces and its good to go.(http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/010-10.jpg) (http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/007-16.jpg) (http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/011-15.jpg) (http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/014-10.jpg) (http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/012-12.jpg) (http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/006-17.jpg) (http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/008-19.jpg) (http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/018-11.jpg)

Gruesome, excellent work!!!
-
Awesome ;D
-
That skinned body is disturbing :o
How did you put that together?
-
lol disgusting!
-
It's things like this that make our weird little hobby so foreign to 'outsiders'.
Thankfully. I love the gruesomeness!
-
:o
Now that, Sir, is gross.
Well done! :)
-
It is on the edge of civilatity but you cant have cannibals with out a little blood lol. The skinned fellow was based on a skeleton, half the work already done.I rooled up a thin tube and coiled it in on itself and tucked it in then did a rough skin on top of the table and added green stuff muscule groups to the bones. Then I layed the old boy down and pulled up the skin around him.The paint job blends every thing in nicely. Thanks for all the kind words!

Also just wanted to add.
Corn Dogs, the gift that just keeps on giving. :-*
-
Looks great! Anyone for kebab? lol
-
You are one sick puppy :o lol lol
Excellent work :D

I'm a the only one who fancies a juicy steak after seeing this ?
-
lol,oh yes natures perfect food.Meat and grain on a terrain construction item.Man it cant get any better! They are perfect.I used to use wooden coffee stirrers but the local supply dried up and while baking the delcious treats it adds that just right burnt/dirty patina. I am a sick, sick man lol
-
Well done, sir.
No, no - the model, not my order.
I want that bloody....
:o
-
Very cool!
-
I like that. If you know someone with some WH40K Kroot, they have some ribs and thighs on hook bitz. If you needed some more meat.
-
Just registered to say how awesome this is, totally ingenious and would make for some fantastic scenarios.
Somebody make a version you can sell!
-
That's gruesomly cool! I like it and I hope you don't mind if I pinch some of your ideas. That would be right at home in Spinespur.
-
Great job, nice and gritty. "Kiss the cook", hehehe, great touch :-*
-
Nice! I'll take the tender bits MMMMMM
-
Thanks folks ,it was fun to build. It just seems a natural extension for my cannie gang and I've seen every Texas Chainsaw Massacare so I had a good idea of what I needed lol The corpses are suprisingly effective with min work, you could build some wicked zombies if you were so inclined .I'll post up some more shots when I get the small add on pieces done.
-
Those look great. Are the models from a line, or are they conversations of your own creation? They are fantastic.
-
The butcher with the white hockey mask is a Reaper fig,Harvey Psycho killer with a weapon swap and the other is made mostly from GW bits. Here's the heros from my cannibal gang(http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/015-6.jpg)

very disturbing, in a good way. it reminds me of an old movie were there was a hero searching a post apoc town and the was a meat shop with people hung upside down who were still alive. always bothered me but i can remember the movie.
-
I suddenly want to see that movie. I'm a fan of a darker post apocalyptic films myself. I love Fallout but that's a bit more tongue in cheek so this thread makes a nice change. Love your work inkwell. Amazing!

Wouldn't be The Road? Would it? Loads of Cannibals in that.
And this is just awesome xD Anyone played Fall out 3 and met that gang of cannibals in that random village in the southern section of the map? This reminds me of the shack you wander into out of pure curiosity and find the remains of a dozen or so people.
Excellent, rather disturbing work!

Nice job!

I've played it. Such nice people that offer you a place to spend the night "safely"...

I finished adding some extra bits to my cannibal butcher shop. The building itself is rather small so these will help it take a bigger footprint. Now with added gore!(http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/004-28.jpg)(http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/005-31.jpg)(http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/011-22.jpg)(http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/014-15.jpg)(http://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/015-12.jpg)[imghttp://i1222.photobucket.com/albums/dd485/inkwell1/016-12.jpg][/img] Soups on!

Blimey. I wouldn't be going near these guys in my wanderings through the wasteland. Not without some serious firepower thats for sure! Great work! Dead creepy!
-
Marvellous stuff! Reminds me of the raider gang lairs in Fallout 3.
-
Thanks, they were fun to make and add that cannie spice lol
-
Really nicely done! Love the creepy feel of it, specially the skin hanging on the wall, it's brilliant!
