Hello, my name is Alejandro, I am fromArgentina.
I am 26 years old, and I paint and collect fantasy and historic miniatures.
I have found this forum and I think that it is very good.
I am a forum moderator http://wargamez.com.ar/foro/ in a miniatures and other hobbies forum.

I always find it slightly amusing that so many non-English-speaking members feel they must apologize for their lack of English skills. Most of you don't realize that your English is often much better that our, for the most part, French/German/Spanish. Heck, even some native English speakers can't speak as well as you do! Here in Canada, French is a required subject in school (as is Spanish, I believe, in many American states) but few of us, unfortunately, bother to learn more than the basics. I also chose to study German (for at least 5 years) so I can generally understand what's going on there but I'm certainly not fluent. In much of the rest of the world, you generally learn English as a second (or third or fourth!) language because it's become the modern lingua franca, in much the same way French was during the 17th to 19th Centuries. No need for apologies because you're doing better than most of us ever will! Besides, if you ever need to say something in your native tongue, there's a good chance that someone on the forum will understand you!

Cada vez hay más forumitas en LAF que hablan español.
Hay una gran cantidad de españoles y en mi caso, soy de México, así que si sólo posteas en español, sin duda habrá varios que te entendamos.
Your english is good enough, and english posting can be a very good way to improve your language skills, and in no time ther'll be no difference (that's my case anyways ;) ).
May you find loads of inspiration and I hope we can see some of your own pieces asap.

You'll find a lot of good stuff here for shure, so sad that following a spanish forum is too much for my spanish skill (i'm italian, i can understand almost everythin - but i don't speak at all!), but here i feel at home! =)
Agree with magokiron: i'm developing my english every day here, and i think that the foreigner will be the next generation of the english speaker: in a little time WE will be the ones who create the new language, terms and rules here! :P

English as a second or foreign language is no barrier to participation, we have quite a few Americans and even the odd New Zealander on this forum. :D
