That one just screams for a Caroline Munro cavewoman to complement it.

Very nice. I have a mate who will no doubt find his attention distracted by this.

Ooooooh yes! is that the film where Peter Cushing says "You cannot mesmerise me! I'm British!"?

Cop a feel too, must have heft. Then report back to your master and overlord.

Feh! I was going to say I'll much rather use my tunnel train (another 'someday' project) made from several GI Joe MOLEs, and so much cheaper, I'm sure, when, 'What?!? Fifteen pounds?!?'

Ooooo, I'm crying!

Ah, well. I've the MOLEs in hand, no shippage from the UK. However, that IS brilliant.

Thunder. old bean, you have slipped a blade 'twixt my shoulders...  :D

Does anyone know of piccies of the Nautilus mentioned in the thread discussion?

Doug

Saw it at Partizan yesterday and it is indeed a lovely model and I would have bought one had it not been pre-order only. Also awesome was the HLBS Nautilus which was very very frothy but unfortunately outside my budget  :'(

Thanks, Svenn, for pointing me right. Alas, HLBS' site has 'no image'. *sniff*

The tunneling machine was very nice. If they'd had stock I would have bought one. It could do with being a little bigger in it's girth though.

The Nautilus I may end up getting, although I'd really like a full version, but Richard says he won't make it :)

Is there a link where you can pre-order this from? I scoured the Ironclad website, but didn't see anything about the tunnelling machine.

Are there any pictures with a figure for scale or of the Naytilus?

I'd like to see one too, I think Malamute is going to oblige us at Colours this weekend.

GnomesofZurich, I e-mailed John at Ironclad in the week and he will be updating the website in the next week or so. I dropped him a line and reserved one, Malamute the good chap is collecting mine from Colours as John does have some in stock.

AND how expensive? Not seeing anything about that either; the relatively inexpensive nature of the tunneler has my hopes up, but, Thunder, my lad, you know my hopes are made to be shattered. ;->=

*whimper* Precioussss...

Doug

Edit: Never mind, both answers are on the site now.

I was going to scratch build a Nautilus with magnet sheeting on the surfaces to hold my miniatures.
My miniatures are based on steel washers. I think I'll buy one instead of wasting my time re-inventing the wheel. It'll be my birthday present to myself!

I will second that, it's never a good idea to look up currentl pictures of your teenage heroines as they rarely age well; try Wilma Deering for instance  :D

Fred Flintstone's wife?

That's Wilma Rubble.

Are we talking about Erin Grey? I thought she'd aged well, though I've not seen an image recently.

Now, if  you're going back to earlier incarnations...

Edit: Never mind. Did a image search. I will say, for being a year old than I, she's done a lot better!
