Oh, hell. I've been tempted by this period for a long time. The only thing that has saved me has been lack of figs. Yes, Foundry has them, but you get like one sculpt per faction. I am doomed....

From a painting point of view, I'd buy this figure just by itself.   :)

(Pity it isn't available now.  Been painting a figure with an elaborate uniform so I'm just in the mood.   :) )

Holy Smokes that's a lovely miniature, well done Ged. I think I'll be needing a priest after the curses at Ged for starting this range.

Well done to Ian on a fab miniature creation.

Cheers,

Helen

Carlist wars BAL
Mutineer Indian mutiny
Crimean Highlanders and Guards
Empress Maori War Brits
ACW Zouaves
GW LotR Haradrim
1866 Prussians

as far as suggestions, I think you should start with the Imperials. The other forces are pretty easy to find for the most part.

good idea Baron Von, theres the least uniform information on them with

Hefter being the best source but i have enough for Imperial lancers and some

of the exotic units!....................

anyone with additional uniform info would be appreciated so all angles are covered!!
especially for the imperials  , the company of Military Historians is a great source :)
