Title: Post Apocalyptic Shriners?

Does anyone make 28mm Shriners?
A thread over on TMP put this in mind... a swarm of Shriners in weird little vehicles... as a PA gang. I'm thinking I could make the vehicles out of various toys if I could find some 50's era gents in suits and fez, brandishing handguns maybe.
