Title: Texas Ranger
Post by: Anatoli on September 10, 2011, 11:37:54 AM
From the Reaper catalogue just like the Old West madam I painted earlier, and the yet to be painted "Doc Holiday" sculpt I bought at the same time.

I really love the sculpting style of these western minis, probably more than any other range out there.
More pictures on my blog.

Like your blogspot especially the Old West Madam. The buildings look great too, especially the one with something rather ancient lurking within its depths... lol much maniacal laughter as sanity slowly slips away...

Thanks guys,

@Golgotha, there will be more Lovecraftian madness on the blog as soon as most of the terrain gets done, I've been building up quite a collection of pulp/horror models over the last year and really look forward to run a Strange Aeons campaign.

Currently painting these Old West models since it was a good while since me and my friend Calle ran any LotoW games and I've been itching to play some  :)

Lovely! I really like your painting style. How do the Reaper old west figures fit in with the likes or Artizan?

They are slightly larger. It would really depend on the miniature I suppose. The madam I painted earlier is shorter and thus fits perfectly with Artizan stuff, this guy is taller than those Artizan miniatures I have.
