Great stuff, Galland! :-*
Love all the miniatures but paying extra attention to the scenery too.
Must avoid looking at all the pirate goodness, I just do not have the time to be distracted into something else!
One small question;
Where are the palm tree trunks from?
-
Heya
The palm trees are the exellent models from Pegasus Hobbies, wich can be found HERE (http://pegasushobbies.net/catalog/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=palm&osCsid=f5o4b256bqsf0f3p17p9gatt70&search.x=0&search.y=0).
-
Great pirates, love the buildings in the background.
I think most of us are in the same boat when it comes to taking photos.
I am very new at it, and learn something new everytime I take some.
I look forward to seeing more pirates and terrain.

Heya again
More of the whorehouse... along with the two "Employees of the Month"... Ulrike and Sassa!
The miniatures are: Reaper Miniatures Strupets, painted by a gentleman from the US that wish to be un-named for now.

All houses are scratchbuilt by Kalle and me (including the boat aft in the whorehouse building). I have done all painting on the buildings and terrain (wich also was made by me). Boats are painted by me and are from Games of War wich can be found here: http://www.gamesofwar.net/acatalog/Pirate_Supplies_Store.html#aGOW_2dPS005 (http://www.gamesofwar.net/acatalog/Pirate_Supplies_Store.html#aGOW_2dPS005)

@mason: thanks mate! :)
@Galland: lol lol lovely minis and lovely building! I'll have to do something similar in some building!

All buildings have separate floors with removable roofs, and each floor is decorated with furniture or other equipment.

Awesome stuff. Looks great with lots of character and good theme.

Nice work, and thanks for sharing!

Nice job so far. I like the Pirates but I understand they are quite big. Are the two ladies much bigger than 28mm as well?

I am not sure that I understand what you mean, the miniatures are in the 28mm range, however, I am not all that conserned about the size, as long as they look good together.
The ladies are reaper 28mm miniatures.
-
Sorry I was not very clear. I was looking for some ladies to use with my Front Rank Spanish which are quite chunky and large. Quite a few of the Reaper figures I have looked at would be too tall to work with them.
I was just wondering just how close to 28mm to the eye these figures are.
-
I will try to take a new picture of the ladies along with some other miniatures. However, its a rainy and rather dark day here in Stockholm, but I will see what I can do.
-
Okay, here are some more pics of the females with other minins for comparisment

Love that building.

Hi Galland, thanks for the photo. Compared to the right hand figure they look very compatible for what I want the ladies for.
I'm going to have to man up and order the other things from Reaper I've had my eye on.
-
Not sure if this counts as bragging, but so be it then hehe :)

@ dinohunterpoa
Yes I belive it is, it was a nice little sprue, I got it from eBay, that and a thousend other little parts for conversions and decorating.
Thanks for all the nice comments ladies and gentlemen, it is much appreciated and sure gives both of us (me and Kalle) a spur to move on to the next project!

Wow, You have some great looking figures on great looking scenery.
I need to make some pirate-ish senery of my own and this gives me some inspiration.
Cheers.
