Title: Is VSF considered part of Colonial Adventures?

As per the subject, is VSF - Redcoats on Mars, etc - part of "Colonial Adventures" or is it off-topic for this site?

VSF is pulp, its weird its fun ...For me VSF is part of this site.  :D

VSF is sort of "pulpy", but from the 1800's rather than the 1920's or 30's.
