Just one month to go until the IPMS Scale Model World Show at the International Centre, Telford. If you have any interest in modelmaking or military history, this is a great day out- DON'T MISS IT.
I hope to see you there.

Is this a good place to be at? I'm now torn between here and Warfare! :o

IPMS is more aimed at models and modelmaking. Dioramas, tanks, sic-fi etc, no wargaming so to speak (or there certainly wasn't last time I went to one) whereas Warfare is just wargaming (as if you needed telling ;) ).
cheers

I will also be at Bristol and, hopefully, playing VBCW at Evesham, not sure that I could justify four shows in a month.................. :o

I totally agree with James - This is a model and modelmaking show rather than a wargame show. Sorry if this was not clear.
However - are we not modelmakers when we play with model soldiers over model terrain?
I still hope to see you at Scale Modelworld.

There's certainly some great inspiration and useful stalls that you wouldn't normally see at a wargaming show :)
cheers

I'll be there. Last year I picked up some good bargains, mainly modelling materials. Comet Miniatures is usually there too so it's always a treat rummaging through his wares.
