I've had this project on the back shelf for some time and finally got to decent degree of completion. Archaeologists, cultists and various henchmen and minions. Mummies are the next installment.
The Expedition

Their bodyguards, a rather rum group, I'd say.

Renegade Legionnaires.

Two-fisted archaeology at its finest.

His nemesis.

The Bedouin guides.

The Cairo Constabulary.

Nefarious agents of mystery.

Evil cult leaders.

Their minions.

I need to get cracking on some scenery for this project. At the moment I have nothing suitable.

Wow, Im loving this :-* So far Ive spotted Copplestone, Foundry and Artizan. Great PJs on all of them. The bodyguards are my faves. The lewis gunner looks a mean mother!!! Cant wait to see the next bunch.
Where is the drool emoticon? :o

I really like the clean paint jobs... I can't quite put my finger on it but it reminds me of herge :-).
Excellent work. Can't wait to see the rest!

An excellent and very focused set of figures!
I have a bad habit of buying more main character figures (heroes or villains) than flunkies, so I have lots and lots of leads but a shortage of flunkies, mooks and underlings. You've got a good balance of both, plus the important secondary characters like the Bedouin guides. And all beautifully painted, too, nice clean paint as oldskoolrebel said.

You are off to a great start.
Love your painting of all the different companies' figures.
My favorites are the Ligionnaires.
Look forward to seeing what you come up with for terrain.

Great looking stuff. I have a very similar project I am working on (barely) Just bought some more Egyptian terrain bits. At least my Mummys are done. We need to get together!
Who are the bedoiun guides by? Artisan?

Lovely work! :-*
The level of consistancy in your minis is wonderful.
I particularly like your take on the constabulary!
Please show more!

Thanks everyone, I'm really enjoying the setting and the minis. Lots of fun.
inkydave- don't forget to mention Bob Murch's Pulp line as well, as many of those above are his fine sculpts. Great characters to be found throughout his line.

You can say THAT, again! :)

OK, now this looks like a tasty start to a great game

I saw the title and was expecting an Old Kingdom version of Star Trek. ;)

A couple scenic additions I fit in between my other projects:
