Superb painting, great contrast between the colors on the pants and vibrant colors on the jacket! I also happen to love the Front Rank stuff, and the fact that you can buy single models from their range.

a couple of weeks ago I've stumbled into this painting in Steve Dean's forum (I think it was some kind of competition, if I recall)
couldn't recognised who have painted this one! but the painting really caught my attention! the details are very clear and clean!
really wonderful! :)

Malcolm,
He is a winner but please don't tell me that you are going down the rabbit hole of Napoleonics! Otherwise we may later find you gibbering in a corner about button count like some refugee from a H P Lovecraft story :'( :'(

Thank you gentlemen. You are too kind. :)

You know me Lon. I like painting different things. Who knows what I might paint next? ::)
(After this one I painted a 54mm plastic knight, a WW1 British Officer and two SCW anarchist leaders. Though anarchists, as we know, don't have leaders... ;) )
