Hello I was wondering if the Ottoman's had any armored cars of their own, did they use German ones, and did they have any tank/ armored car ideas/ plans?

Afraid the answer is zero. The Ottoman Empire barely had any automobiles at all, let alone armored cars/tanks. A good part of the German & Austrian support provided to the Turks was in the form of trucks & drivers/mechanics to run them.

While I have seen no photographic evidence of the use of armored cars in Palestine or Mesopotamia, they were used in the Caucasus.
Armoured Car Machine Gun Unit ("Panzer-Kraftwagen-MG-Abteilung")
1 x Daimler/15 Armoured Car (modernised in 1917)
1 x Ehrhardt/15 Armoured Car (modernised in 1917)
1 x Ehrhardt/17 Armoured Car
1 x Minerva Armoured Car (modified captured Belgian car)
1 x Daimler Machine Gun Carrier
Possibly 2 x Austin Armoured Cars (captured Russian cars)
Miscellaneous wheeled vehicles

Strictly speaking those were German armoured cars, not Ottoman ones. They weren't under Ottoman command, and at one point in the chaos at the end of the war the Germans in the Caucasus were actually briefly fighting the Ottomans.
