ok a play around with an assortment of bits laying around the house (main part a cheap old air freshener), at first i was going to make a aeronerf but then insanity hit, if you can make a tub fly why not turn it upside down and drive it with a big mono wheel !!!
well here we have it a mono wheeled tank !! access is from underneath :) perfect for those low gravity planets that need to be tamed :)
Second pic has a pic of a standard 28mm scale mini to give an idea of scale.
(this was just a fiddle around this afternoon i threw some paint at)

ps the turret rotates :) and this is still not finished..

For some reason I imagine this one driving underwater, using almost neutral buoyancy to ride atop its mono wheel.
question, where is the mini from?

well i have added soem smoke and some weathering and finished its base and i quite like it, was easy to make out of common items, so i could make more with ease :) il post updated pics soon :)

yup was a promo miniature they sent me in the early days so not really sure what it is !! but always liked it :)

Maybe the 'portholes' in front? The way the monowheel suspends it about the base?
Had the same feeling.

yes it is about time i got pics taken :) il try get on the job tomorrow :) been busy trying to figure out how to do my aeronerf :D and painting lots of dystopian wars stuff...
