As I know I easily get distracted I am posting up my plans for this year, if you see me posting up anything else that doesn't fit in please repromand me :D
Firstly I have to finish painting 30 ACW Redoubt 20th Maine infantry, these should be finished by the end of January.
I have already painted the Confederate forces (will try and get photo's next time I visit him) we then should be able to play "Brother against brother"
Main Project No. 1~Stalker
I need to finish this project includes writing down the rules that are currently in my head, these rules I should be able to adapt to my other two Main projects as well as paint 50 more figures, various vehicles, and finish building scenery, I would like to have this ready for BLAM, would be my first time attending.

Main Project No. 2~Runequest/Crom
Initially using Matakishi's Crom rules but eventually adapting above rules for use here. This has been inspired by Fenris Goatkin and a love of Glorantha being the first RPG I owned and played. for this I will be choosing figures I like from various manufacturers, Sartarites and Lunars will come from Crusader, Gorgon Studios, Aventine and Foundry, also looking to get civilians and various creatures, thinking of using selected Otherworlds pig faced orcs as Trollkin, they also have other good figures I can use. The buildings will be designed to also work in Project No. 3. I will be doing this in dribs and jobs as a break from the other projects, having trouble to stop painting the Goatkin at the moment as really enjoying.

Project No. 3~Napoleon in Egypt
Always wanted to complete a historical set up, this gain will be aimed at skirmish level starting off with Foundry's excellent Frei Korps" rules and building up to "Sharp Practice". Currently I am only collecting the figures and reading up on the period. I hope to start this one properly May/June.

As long as release schedule doesn't get too hectic hope to keep up with the Maximilian Adventure figures from Gringo40's, if becomes to busy will postpone this project to next year.

Try to concentrate on stalker project. :)
Your stalker project the best of what I've seen so far in this genre.
It will be very interesting to see how project evolves.

This is my priority as I already have all the figures and most of the vehicles, awaiting new Airfix 1/48th vehicles particularly Land Rovers and need to build some more buildings scenery inc. purchasing three Bachman plastic Appartment Blocks to add detail to as per the TV Station. As I said I would like for it to have its First outing at either BLAM or Matakishi's Tea Party whichever comes first.

Stay focused!
Break the project down and give yourself weekly targets to achieve.
Try starting with just Feb. week 1,2,3and 4
Post here what you are going to do those weeks and we can look forward to the photo updates ;)
