Gerard,

The best suggestion I can make is that I send you my 300 15 mm mounted warriors for this era, you paint them up like this one (play one, only one, game with them) and send them back to me!   lol

Very nicely done.  Only other constructive suggestion might be to do a little bit of a red brown wash on the skin - but not really necessary.
