...but have just finished one.
If you run another "league" this year any idea of the rules you will impose regarding "previously seen on the Web?"
I'm just wondering whether to post my work around the place now, or wait :?:

not in this month, I think second half of february.

I am definitely entering this time. I have been painting in the inter-game period. There's no way I can paint as well as the best painters here, so would anyone else be up for a self-selected LPL Forlorn Hope Division? :D

:lol: Well, we appreciate your sacrifice, really, but I was thinking about it like this:
This site is all about Doing Things. Even if you never finish, even if you never paint to a full 10 on CMON standard, even if the Teutonic Efficiency Valkyries never come down to you, the point is to try. When you try, you get better. So there's no shame at all in participating in the Lead Painter's League, and people shouldn't be afraid to participate if they can't paint as well as Alex or Agis or Dom.
So that's what the Forlorn Hope Division is about. The Forlorn Hope isn't there to win the battle. There's no way I can win in a straight-up contest with the best painters here, but I can try, dammit. It will make me paint and try and do things. And that's what's important.

Looks like there could be quite a scrap for the "wooden spoon" this year then, as I'm tempted to join in and battle for last place, too.
At least none of mine will have been published before, so I might get some points from that :lol:
