I'm finally approaching completion of the basic starter set of Sulaco floor tiles for setting out SF and near future corridor/room-based games, so thought it was time to offer a pre-order deal with a hefty discount.
53 pieces, 2.5 kilos of resin. Fully detailed 40mm grid floorplans matching our Sulaco base range, suitable for any number of SF or near-future gaming setups.
Starter set contents:
6 - unique 3 x 3 rooms
7 - crossroad junctions
6 - right angle junctions
8 - T junctions
4 - 5 x 1 corridors
4 - 4 x 1 corridors
6 - 3 x 1 corridors
2 - 2 x 1 corridors
5 - 1 x 1 corridors
5 - 1 x 1 endcaps
Total price if bought as individual sets £128.12
Starter price if bought as a set £115.00 (10% saving)
Pre-order price now £100.00
NB prices EXCLUDE postage - estimated at £10 UK, £25 overseas.
Loyalty card customers wishing to use card balance to pre-order will pay the £115.00 discount price plus postage; existing loyalty discounts mean we can't drop the price any further.
Individual tile sets will also be available shortly, closely followed by new rooms, junctions and expansion pieces. Objective markers, bulkheads, doors will be produced next, and full-height (60mm) walls will follow later in the year.
Pre-orders can ONLY be accepted at orders@fenrisgames.com - please send us your PayPal address so that we can issue an invoice.

:o wow these are nice!
-
'Bout time! :D
-
How well would these work for 15mm? They look very nice but that is my preferred scale atm.

The tiles are based on a 40mm grid so would make nice wide corridors if used with 15mm minis....which may or may not be what you're after....

Are there as many tiles as in the Space Hulk game ?
-
There should be enough pieces for the 1st and 2nd editions, but there are not enough 2x1 corridors, and one crossroad junction and a number of the rooms are missing for the 3rd edition.
Additional rooms needed for 3rd ed:
1 single door 3x4 room
1 four door 3x3 room
1 two door 3x3 room - doors on opposite walls
the offset crossroad junction (actually a 2x2 room with four exits)
The room mix for the 1st and 2nd editions are 1 single door, 3 two door, and 2 three door rooms.

...which is why it's touted as a Starter Set ;)

It looks like a great deal, and I would have been quite interested - being a longtime Space Hulk fan - if I hadn't already built my own set using Hirst Arts molds. I think I saw some mention of walls for the set - any news on that? I know some people who ought to be interested.

Walls are WIP and will be ready later in the year; most people who've expressed an interest felt the walls were an optional extra so I'll be producing more rooms/corridors/objective markers etc first....
-
I'm only worried about how the pieces stick together while playing? There's no locking mechanism.

There are cast-in sockets to take 3x1mm rare earth magnets.
Teaser pic of the WIP walls and doors....

Very interesting pieces, i like them! and the complete set is promising!

magnets came to my mind also. Would have planted them on 5mm MDF and fitted magnets to the MDF. Walls look great! The whole set with walls could? be pretty expensive?
-
3-dimensional is the way to go! (Says the guy who has spent the past two years building his own set, plaster brick by plaster brick...)
The high walls look fantastic and it adds so much to the play experience!

Last 3 pieces almost finished, bar a few tweaks and filler. Off into rubber by the end of the week - which means the whole Starter Set's done and almost ready to go.
Pre-order price is now valid for one more week, ending Friday 6th April - so drop me an email if you want a set before the price hike.
I can't for the life of me figure out how to reverse engineer these into renders or sketches, so photographs of actual physical masters will have to suffice 0;)

Pre-order deal has finished now, but we've already got the first expansion tiles ready for moulding....
Sulaco:Hive tiles, gribbled up by Navarro. Lots of these to come, including infested versions of doors, walls, objectives at a later date...
