Hi,
Keeping with the 'Dark Age'/Early Medieval theme here are a few pics of the Battle of Fulford Gate that myself, Jim and Kev from South East Scotland Wargames Club put on at Claymore for The Lance and Longbow Society a few years ago. The terrain was put together by Kev, all the miniatures were supplied by Gripping Beast (sadly we didn't get to keep them :'(). Jim and i rolled the dice and moved the toy soldiers around.

Wow, there's a fair few figures on that table. :)

Yeah, it really was quite a spectacle. It's just a damn shame that we both forgot our cameras on the day :-[ lol.
Still, someone took some snaps and gave us permission to show them so all was well in the end 8).

Very nice spread, Darrell.
Verneuil is going to take some beating though ;)

Thanks mate :).
I think Simon and I are thinking of Cravant at some point. should be equally spectacular. Not at Salute this year though- I'm thinking Partizan II if poss. but I'll have to run it all past Simon as I don't know how buisy he is at present.
The Fulford Gate demo was actually a few years back ;) :).
