Title: starting research into cold war era (1950's thru 1980's)

I am looking for a time line I once found but did not bookmark for when tanks achieved IOC (initial Operating Capacity,) when they achieved FOC (Full Operating Capacity - i.e., deployed in effective numbers,) and when they were phased out by their initial users.  Mostly for NATO and WP armies but others of value further on down the line.
