This ship was given as a prize during my game at Recruits. Matt Green's work is great!

I think these are great looking ships and cant what to see what it looks like after Captain Van Pelt gets her and adds her to his fleet

Price?

Lovely looking ships, shame the postage is crippling. :-[

Price?
Not cheap! I think the one Wingnut posted is $90.

I have their cutter: http://yhst-131870678834828.stores.yahoo.net/uss-lee--8-gun-cutte8.html and love it. It was fun to build and I thought very reasonably priced. It is about the same size as the Ainsty sloop and much cheaper. Matt is a great guy, very patient in handling dumb questions from guys like me.
I look forward to this new one being released!

I did speak with Matt Green recently, he is able to make custom modification to the ships at the time of order. Like say you want more gun ports, or none at all. Awesome guy to work with.

Greetings guys. Thanks for the feedback. I hope to have the instructions for this new ship finished up this week.
To all those down in Australia - I agree, the shipping is rediculous. I am still learning my way around the webstore interface that is hosting us to get it balanced properly. It wants to use weight, but the post office is also concerned about box size, so on the larger ships I get some odd results. If you send us a note directly with what you want, I can get you a more exact quote. But in general the sost is going to be about $40 for a single ship and I can get three or four packed into the same sized box. But more than that, and a second box would be need. Teaming up with some others on a larger order is probably the only way to get the shipping costs uner control.
cheers,
Matt

I recently sent a buddy in Australia some stuff, the postage was killer. I am pretty sure I used a USPS medium flat rate box and it was about 50 bucks...
But, as a US based guy, I am very much looking forward to this new kit!

I really like that! unfortunatly I have no use for it :'(...now, if they did a tramp steamer that would be a different matter!

oohhhh Now I have something to ask for if my wife asks me what I want for my upcoming B-day.
Or, to save her the hassle should I just go ahead and order it myself. ::)

Just got mine in the mail today. This is a rather neat kit. Will try to document my build.
