Hi all,
Simple question from a newcomer to historical wargaming: which manufacturers do the best landsknecht models?
I am planning to assemble a couple of mercenary regiments, and would like them to consist of varied and flamboyant models, all puffed-up and feathery and armed with pikes, swords, whatever.
Cheers,
Martin

Artizan, Foundry, LAM and Brother Vinni. A very good budget option is also Old Glory
-
Also check out the character figures from pro Gloria sculpted by Paul Hicks.

How about the Prof's very own Bruegelburg range? http://www.lead-adventure.com/index.php?cPath=22&osCsid=8e551cfb0dbdfde767ee22cfd1d25d22 (http://www.lead-adventure.com/index.php?cPath=22&osCsid=8e551cfb0dbdfde767ee22cfd1d25d22)

I liked their old range better, but if you need some filler they are better than Old Glorys

Check out WKs Blog...he has a fairly comprehensive list of these types of figures.

I haven't seen them myself, but there's also Redoubt Enterprises.

Are we talking Crusader Miniatures-style bulky or just weird proportions?
