Title: Vikings for SAGA (9/6 updated with Berserkers)
Post by: Dalauppror on April 29, 2012, 08:08:01 PM: I got some Vikings to paint on commission, the first ones to be finished are 8 Ulfhednar. The minis are form Foundry.

Thanks for the question. They are realy nice, clean casts, good details and they are easy to paint.

BUT they are to much Fantasy vikings for me... I like the Gripping Beast and Artizan better for historical credence, at least how I want to portray my Vikings.

If I was going for a fantasy game the foundry one would be my choice...or may be the ones from Red Box Games (http://red-box-games.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=14&zenid=9cfd3a0860264ccb4bc6c580981b72ad)...

Minis are 28mm from foundrys fantasy viking range.

Mine have less stripes. I've not been to a Vikingetræf yet to earn my fighting trousers :o

If some one deserve a pair of striped fighting trousers its probably you, as you made strandhugg all around, even in Blåland and probably Vinland to. ;)

It's true, but what can you can you do after you've lost your watch. I know it was around here somewhere, now where did I put it when I first invaded, did I leave it on the sideboard or the breakfast bar...

Unfortunally for me they was painted on commission, but I hope their new warlord will be satisfied.
