Title: Bhurpa Warriors completed
Post by: Yankeepedlar01 on May 30, 2012, 05:14:24 PM
I've finished the last of my Foundry Indian Hill Tribesmen, who simply must be the Bhurpas I feel.

They are really nice, excellent brushwork. :)

I think these are my favourites of the ranges the perry's did for the Foundry. So much character in these. ;D

Some really lovely work but I'm still slogging away at my Sudan Project that "A Good Dusting" inspired without temptations like this!! ;D

Keep at it! You'll get there, about the time I've got enough Bhurpas for... ;)

Splendid stuff David, I am sure the Khasi will be delighted to have them in his chain of command at their earliest convenience :)

They are very beautiful, you should be proud of them.

One niggle, skin is decidedly too dark.  Many (most?) Afghans are as light-skinned as Europeans.

Your conversions are also quite excellent.

Love these figures, I've got about 100 that I need to paint but so many other projects keep getting in the way :(

Fine painting.
Really like your colors.
They are mounted in groups on bases.
May I ask for what set of rules?

Thanks you. They are for my own rules, "The Devil's Wind", available in the USofA from On Military Matters I think.

Are you counting them as mutineers?

Very nice indeed.
Are you counting them as mutineers?
Well, yes, or Native Prince Irregulars ~ after all, if the Khazi of Khalabar could have Bhurpas, why not the Raja of Rhanli?
