Hello,
just ordered the rules a few days ago...decided to make a go of this in 15mm, as space for gaming and storage is limited. I guess I will post finished minis here for critique as have others.
BTW really enjoying LAF so far, nice group of people, hope i can add something to the experience. will probably be painting for a while prior to any AARs.

Welcome to the
Cult Forum, Steve!
A great way to introduce yourself.
Some lovely paintjobs there, especially as they are 15mm!
:-*
I am sure that you will love the game, everyone that I have seen play it has.
Looking forward to seeing this in 15mm.... ;D

Welcome!! And thatīs a good group of painted miniatures miniatures!!
-
Very nice, one suggestion a really thinned wash would pull them together and remove some of that bitty look on the pj's. Very nice though all the same, just think this would add some needed depth.
Cheers

Welcome to the circle, always refreshing to see the game in a 15mm light...looking forward to seeing more...hey there is always next year for the contest entry now!
-
Very nice group of zombies. It's nice to see that 15mm ranges are no longer purely historical. I was hesitating to use them for travel versions of the game but when I see the quality of the models, I think I'll dive into it soon.
-
Thanks for the kind comments ,guys
@Vyper...what would you suggest?..might try some thinned down windsor and newton peat
just afraid it will muddy it all up
in the past i have washed, only to have to go back and highlite with original color
-
some thinned devlan mud GW wash for the clothes, a mix of thinned green/purple for the flesh, nice and thinned, then a little touch of highlighting over the wash. nothing too heavy, just enought to pull the mini together as it were and remove that chalkiness as it appears in the pics. Take a look at my zed thread and you'll see what I mean.
Good luck

Howdy ,just finished 12 cavemen from copplestone(15mm)

-
I like these chaps!
A good idea, that one.
A little bit of Forgotten Worlds works very well for Strange Aeons if you ask me.
The Missing Link Lurker being a good pointer.
On the subject of Missing Links:
You could use the Copplestone Trolls from their 15mm range, they would be perfect as ML's in that scale!
-
Great cavemen!
-
thanks for the missing link heads up....will have to wait for the pict personality pack to place another copplestone order(btw had wonderful service from both copplestone and brigade games)
today we have some threshold agents finally
with more pics and explanation on my blog

oops 2 more pics

Great stuff, Thorlongus!
Some really nice paintjobs and conversions.
As a first attempt at using Procreate, those Cultists are pretty damn impressive too!
Adding robes to a 15mm figure is no small task.
Painting wise, the Werewolf and the fella in the suit with the shotgun are my favourites.
Great work!
:-*

Those Deep One and Octopus God Cultist conversions are a lot of fun. Very nice work.
You end up with a bunch of extra squid heads out of the packs anyway. I've used some as decorations on altars, etc.
I was going to try some Deep One heads on the robed cultist bodies, but Khurasan is supposed to be releasing the Naga cultists (serpent men) and it looks like
those can be painted as Deep Ones.
-
Very nice conversions!! I specially like the hybrids!!

Very good work! Looking for a game report soon!
