Hi, I just discovered that the 100th Pz Regt operating near Carentan on D-Day used captured French Somua tanks. Does anyone make this tank in 28mm scale?

Brigade Games stocks one. EDIT: Mystery solved

(it's the Tony Ashcroft version)
Edit: and, obviously, the same one that Brigade Games carries!

Thanks! That's very useful, and they also have the PzIV. According to a TO&E I just saw, 3 Pz Coys in 100 Pz Regt's 2nd Abteilung had 1 PzIV and 2 Somuas.

Green Knight is making a huge Rapid Fire ( 15mm ) game at the Kiel Do or Dice on March 8th. He will play Normandy landing sector Sword Beach.
He told me yesterday that the germans used Somua tanks. I was pretty surprised when he told me that cuz I didnt know that.
Cheers

Check out Chieftain Miniatures. Crouchie's stuff is excellent and he has a number of tanks, aside from the Somua, that would have been captured and used by the Germans in the West--including the P16 Schneider tractor tank!
