Title: REVISED Lord Humungous Vehicle

I just wasn't happy with my first attempt at this vehicle, and thought I could do better.  So I demoted the first attempt to an elite follower's truck, and went back to the worktable.

Here are some mockup shots, I'm working on the chassis right now and some parts are there just for measure like the prisoner bars up front.
