Title: Free Samurai rules

Some of the below rules are free, some are not. I have not looked at all of them, but some seem very basic - which is sometimes a good thing.

Some nice samurai rules at the LOTRvarients Yahoo! group. I want something just as simple as LOTR afte the headache of painting all those Samurai minis! :D

That site is an excellent Samurai resource.
However, I notice he 'corrects' the maths in 'Road to Osaka', the example is already correct and his version is very, very wrong. Obviously I'm missing school too much  :lol:

I'd be interested in an Eastern/Samurai/Ninja rule set on skirmish level. Anybody can recommend something?

I am after a Samurai skirmish rules and I am yet to find any I like. Perferably for free  :) .  I agree a LOTR style would be great, like LeadAsbestos mentions. LeadAsbestos, do you have a link for the  LOTRvarients Yahoo group?
