I managed to get in a small game of Setting The East Ablaze last week while on business in Minnesota. Alan was a gracious host and it was a fun game.

Take a look at my blog for the full story - or at least my version of it.

Chris is too kind. For those of you that have not met him, he is a true Southern gentelman and was kind enough to sit through my first fumbling attempt at running a game. And I thank him for that.
Rules worked well btw, despite my repeated attempts to screw them up lol

Fantastic! Yes!

I must admit that Alan has nearly convinced me to try this period out. It seems a colorful and interesting period of history that I know next to nothing about. Other than an excerpt of a book about the Mad Baron.

I recognise that farm in the second picture down ;)

Thought you might. I get ooh's and aah's from everyone when I trot that piece of terrain out

A fine looking game.
I wish I had time to paint some figures for this period.
Just not enough time to paint everything I would like.
