A buddy of mine has started a new miniatures company called Darkest Star Games. His first mini's from his 15mm Sci-Fi range are now available. The range is called Colony 15.
Here's the link to his site: http://www.darkeststargames.com/colony-15-sci-fi.html (http://www.darkeststargames.com/colony-15-sci-fi.html)
And some pictures... (sorry they get blurry if I try to expand them any larger)
Sculpts are all by Bob Naismith.

I like the minis but there are a lot of mold lines to clean up :(

I like the Zonii, and the Magravate have a heavy metal/ Dune feel to them.

The Star Marauders' rifles look a bit, well, phallic to me...
I like the 6mm mechs on the homepage, but for 6mm, it's not cheap, imo.

hmm interesting but not really up for todays standards I'm afraid. But I'm sure many do like them :)
(the weapons do look a bit.. well odd)

Have to agree, CMG and Khurasan to name two have really pushed the envelope of late, these look a little dated to me but good luck to the company.

Surely not the best figures on the market to be honest but the Zonii are interesting 8)

Everyone has different tastes no doubt. I know I tend to prefer the larger scales myself. Still, it's nice there's a lot of variety in our hobby right now. :) Thanks for checking out his stuff guys.
