This could be interesting.

Looks awesome. But in the end it may be just as pricey as most other terrain options. Other than DIY.
-
Looks nice but way out of the range of my pocket money allowance.
-
I don't know what the price will be. Hopefully it will be affordable.
-
Well, this project certainly has potential and looks good thus far.
I hope they produce historical models based upon real architecture/archeology.

I looked at these and then looked at my Wargame Scenics - Hudson and Allen castles and their new hoarding kits, and how easy to work with they are to cut around and price wise cheaper. As excitable as I am about castles, this just feels too expensive to me and even less stylish.

You know, I never saw anything about the prices o_o. Senior moment on my part per chance? :D

As a longtime fan of Dwarven Forge's Master Maze, I'm pretty excited about modular castle terrain. As for the price, cast resin isn't cheap, but quality always pays for itself. I'll have to see if I can swing this one, as I've backed a number of Kickstarters and the Otherworld Miniatures Indiegogo campaign recently.
-
They have not listed price yet, they are still attempting to raise enough money to start production. We can only hope it will be reasonable. They mention in the video they are using cheaper material then the standard resin so it could be within reach.

Not unknown to be drooling over the various products of fixed terrain several manufacturers put on the market, i am strong believer in the modular concept and therefore like this very much. However, as it took me more then 15 years to start painting my Games Workshop 'Mighty Fortress, i let this one pass. For now. More importantly, i have barely enough money to pay the rent and when that goes everything else goes.
But i hope those castle guys do well.

Just been to the site and it says the funding for the project has been cancelled :o :'(
-
Less than two grand shy of the goal. That's a shame.
-
Seems funky they had plenty of time to still make funding. Well best wishes to their future attempts!

What a shame - overly pricey and some of the architectural detailing is inaccurate and out of proportion - where are the voussoirs and corbels for the arches around doors and windows? particularly when you consider the fantastic effect that others can achieve with scraps of material (see blockhaus's thread for example)
