Sorry, are you doing the painting, or also the casting? I'm unaware of 6mm SW, as I admitted to someone on TMP looking to use FFG X-Wing ships with microarmor.

The painting on those walkers is great. Are those DRM infantry? never would have thought to use those as snowtroopers. Good call.

The Jawa crawlers are cool - not sure why their colours match the Empire scheme though...nor why they're all uniform.  Any reason behind that?  I would have enjoyed a number of different variations etc.  Are they part of the same army?

Thats a fantastic army and the painting is brilliant.  The vehicles are beautiful, but its the command stands that are my favourite (often the case with Epic).

The AT-STs are from Star Wars Risk: Original Trilogy Edition (http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/22551/risk-star-wars-original-trilogy-edition).  I am uncertain, but I think that the TIEs are Micro Machines (like the AT-ATs, as the OP mentioned).  The TIEs may be from the Star Wars Electronic Galactic Battle game (http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/16067/star-wars-electronic-galactic-battle), but I tend to get the fighters from that mixed up with the Micro Machine TIEs, so I could easily be wrong there.

A number of the infantry are GW, but I dont know if they all are.

Very nicely done.  The objectives are very apt also.

Star Wars is dead to me, but even so that AT-AT gives me that old feeling. :)
