All,
I am succumbing to Spartacus once again. Between Anatoli's reports and the new rules out there, I can't resist. However, I need help picking a scale. I can get the Crusader figures for $8.50 per pack USD, or I can go larger and cheaper with the 53mm plastics. Both have their pluses and minuses.
-
I love 28mm myself, but you can't go wrong with cheaper. My gut still says Crusader though.
-
28mm 'cos it is not just Crusader! :)
-
Here is the problem. Whie I do really like the Crusader figures, to bu what I wanted, I'd end up,with probably 10 figures I don't need.
-
28mm for sure, good choice of ranges that mix in well, also I have many many left over gladiators, foundry, crusader, old foundry...... going cheap
email me if interested: chatz at alumni dot com
check my blog out for gladiator inspiration, look under gladiator tag

Thanks for the offer, but you being in AUstralia, it likely would not pay me to buy a few figures from you.
I went to your blog, did not see Gladiator stuff.

I'm up to abt 40 actual gladiators and staff painted, maybe 10-15 more to go, plus civilians, a few Senators, etc... Plus a Playmobil arena... ::)
How many minis needed to play? 2! Well, none really. Move em into contact, roll dice, look at charts, done. :?
Enjoy!
