If you can't find one, RAFM sells one here:

I had thought about using a "Pactmaster of Katapesh (http://www.reapermini.com/Miniatures/Pathfinder/latest/60051)" from Reaper minis:

Bear in mind this is a big mini, about 5cm tall. As fits a god. ;)

Otherworld minis 'Shadows' also look the part (tattered robes etc).

Good suggestions all, but I think harleyface is looking for the Official Uncle Mikes versions of those parrticular figures as the rest of his collection is UM, I believe.
harleyface: It may be worth putting an advert in the WANTED section of the Bazaar, you may get lucky... ;)

According to Chaosium, "the King In Yellow is an avatar of Hastur who uses his eponymous play to spread insanity among humans. He is described as a hunched figure clad in tattered, yellow rags, who wears a smooth and featureless "Pallid Mask." Removing the mask is a sanity-shattering experience; the King's face is described as "inhuman eyes in a suppurating sea of stubby maggot-like mouths; liquescent flesh, tumorous and gelid, floating and reforming."
So, we'd really be looking for a hunched, masked beggar.

RAFM makes a set:

And here on LAF there's one:

But personally, I don't envision that. I envision a larger beggar miniature, maybe 30mm range. The face could be covered with a sheet of green stuff, with two little slits for eyes.

I remember this one:
