Sorry about the slight delay but the results have been there to study since Saturday:
Final scores are out of 107 votes cast:
1:s place Forest Loch by Blackwolf - 47 (43.9%)
2:nd place Nymph Pool by Zafarelli - 32 (29.9%)
3:rd place Catalina PBY by JOHNNYTODD - 15 (14%)
4:th place Pyrate School by Andym - 13 (12.1%)
This seasons worthy winner and holder of the coveted Potato Cup is
Blackwolf!
Beside getting a good sized potato in the mail, Blackwolf will be the first to pick from a list of price which I and Overlord will be posting shortly. The other three finalists will then get to take a pick in the order of votes received in the final round.
Obviously there are no losers in this competition. In fact I consider us all winners for having been able to follow and learn something new from these builds. Thank you all for participating!

Congratulations Blackwolf and also to Zafarelli, Johnnytodd and Andym. I thought all the other entries were great too (mine not so much, but I can only see ways to do it better next time!). A big thanks for Hammer's organisational efforts too. Cheers, Steve.

Well done to Blackwolf and all the other members that made the effort to take part. Interesting to see the different approaches to the theme, and the diversity of entries. As ever, a talented group of contributors. Doubtless some interesting ideas and techniques that will prove useful beyond the contest.
I'm sure everyone will join me in thanking Hammers for his instigation, organisation and running of the contest. 8)

Congratulations Blackwolf!
And all the entries blow me away. Although we were not that many in the end, it was exciting that all the contendors came up with so various themes, and the amount of big builds blow me away :)

Congrats to all participants of contest, amazing work and many thanks for the great show! :-*

Congratulations, Blackwolf! Congratulations to all the other participants as well, some stunning work to be seen here. Also, thanks to Hammers and Overlord. If it wasn't for this contest, I wouldn't have had the nerve to try my hands on water terrain :)
-
Congratulations to all participants and to the winner !
-
Thanks everyone - especially Hammers. I really enjoyed my rooky season!
-
It was a hard decision, because all the models are so beautiful. Congratulation to the winner, well done.

Well done folks.
I must confess I did not vote in the final. Not because of apathy, but because I couldn't decide between my two favourites. I was still mulling it over when I noticed the contest had ended! Oops...
Oh well, I'm just relieved that my one vote would not have changed anything. :)

Congratulations Blackwolf, very well done :-*
Brilliant :o

Congratulations, Mr Wolf, for that amazing piece of art known as your entry.
It is simply stunning, so realistic.
:-*
Also, congratulations to all who entered, the standard was so high and extremely inspirational.
I think that I learned something from every single one of you.

Final thanks to Hammers and Overlord for organising such a superb contest in the first place.

Yes, belated congratulations to you Guy - really superb. And to Jens too. Really invidious to have to choose between two such beautiful and accomplished pieces of modelling. Both very different but both excellent. And not a duff entry in the whole competition. So well done to all those who took part. And thanks to Hammers for running the show. Wonderful stuff.

Cheers chaps :) Really was a fantastic comp.,and I'm surprised I won,I would be happy to have created (or indeed own) all of the other entry's.

Too modest Blackwolf, your entry was top notch!

Congratulations to all contestants with their very high standards of craftmanship, and to Blackwolf especially for his ability to create such a lifelike scene! Would it be possible to see some pics of the complete terrain piece and - of course - some detail shots of the - errr - highlight points within the beautiful landscape? 8)

Cheers Admiral,I'll put some more pics up tomorrow :)
