Just so I can beat Malamute to it, they would be ideal for Highwayman High Jinx

I really need that second one from the right. After I finish the Franz Ferdinand my next club is Cricket Umpires through History. I was just saying today that a major hole in my inventory was the lack of a decent 18th Century Umpire Signalling a No-ball figure.

    or the origins of the Hokey Kokey :D

The second on the right is the piss boy.
I know because I suggested him. 8)
Edit: The expressions on these guys are perfect.

What else is planned in the range Pete?
-
Those figs are beautiful! :D love that Piss Boy.

I love Brigade. Lon has really got the hang of making ranges peoples like and need.

Plynkes revelead his next Club! Now we can steal his idea as long as he's working on the FFFFF...
I won't tell anything about my next club. I got the idea two weeks ago while looking through my miniature boxes. Also a sort of big thing and definitely lots of painting but it would fun, me thinks. We'll see.

Absolutely, old boy :)

Not to mention Island Governor's staff for pirate games :)
This range of figures have now become essential buys
Helen, keep the updates coming please!

As I have never bought from Brigade, please excuse my ignorance when I ask:-
1. When are these likely to be available?
2. Does the shipping from BG to UK make small purchases feasible?
3. What size are they in comparison with other manufacturers?
I painted these Front Rank figures a while ago, and although I no longer have them I do have some more Civilians to paint. Just wondered if they would "fit" with BG stuff?

I'll second that set of questions

1. Pretty soon. Lon posting pictures usually happens right before preorders get filled. Within a month, probably.
2. Brigade's shopping cart perpetually overestimates shipping. I think shipping on most of Brigade's stuff comes in around $9 - flat rate Domestic/Internat'l US Priority Mail.
3. Perfectly compatible with Foundry and Artizan, so would probably work fine with Front Rank. Front Rank always looks stocky to me, but not unmixably so.
-
1. 2-3 weeks; maybe sooner.
2. Yes. Read my shipping info on my site. e.g. just sending 2 AWE packs to France today and shipping is $10.45. 3 packs of 5 figures for someone going to GB was $13.85. If a shipment has a large value of figures I will send it registered which is an additional $10.15 but the addiional security is well worth it. You will find our shipping rates pretty darn good compared to what inter-European rates are. We ship about 20+ parcels a week overseas so we must be doing something right.
3. Personally I don't worry about other manufacturers
However, Redoubt as far as I understand are huge. My range is 28mm. As they are sculpted by Paul Hicks of BoltAction, if you have any of those you will know the height.
4. Nice job painting BTW. We need to correct your need for Brigade Games figurs though
-
Thanks for the info. :) "sculpted by Paul Hicks..." Good enough for me then.

Thanks :) No need for correction though, I now realize my need

Those are very nice. I have an insane urge to buy them even though I can think of absolutely no use for them. My Historicon shopping list just keeps growing...
-
I´ve started reading the three musketeers again because of stuff like this miniatures.
-
Gorgeous.
A bit more 1750 than 1650, but who the hell cares. The pisspot is inspired. Somebody stop Hicks - he's getting too good! I'm worried he's going to burn out...
Does this mean we can look forward to some more C18th figures as an extension to the fantabulous Brigade Swashbucklers?
If so, I shan't be resisting, but shall be vying with Malamute to produce a credible smugglers game in double quick time
I'm just waiting for the rest of the Gebirgsjaegers to make it onto the catalogue, then I'll be placing one of those Transatlantic orders! :)
