Title: My deepwars gallery + NEW dark mariners

After the Antimatter kickstarter, i painted the first starter of fortune hunters. I try to make "old style" Deep-sea diver, with "copper" helmet and leather suit.

Great job, you picked out the details nicely!  Is that the Dreadfleet mat I see?  Any more pics of the terrain in the background?

@Timbor : yes it's dreadfleet mat, perfect for underwater fights ! The terrain is just GW Osgiliath ruins.

Lovely paintjobs on all of them, but one thing.

A bloodsmear on a sword. Underwater? I dunno, but something tells me that is not going to happen......

Depends on the consistency of the creatures blood?

Jellied fluids from a deep sea giant Jellyfish?

@wayswatcher : i known bloodsplat on a blade underwater in not possible....buuuut i cannot resist to this large flat metallic surface.. :D

Also, I must add gloss varnish on tentacle for a more squiggy effect..
