Title: 6mm Combat Walker - Color Test
Post by: zorg on March 24, 2013, 02:15:59 PM
This is a GZG 6mm Infantry Combat Walker. I painted this as a prototype, to check out whether the paint scheme looked any good. The little guy is part of my future-Khemed project.

So, what do you say? Do the colors work? Get rid of the camo? Or what? Any input is appreciated!

Scopedog = cool
Colours = cool

I'm not sure about the battle damage... looks a bit too much. I don't think you actually need it on something that small and it takes away a bit of the contrast of the camouflage.

Apart from that, I love it :)

Scope dogs are always cool. Have you more?

Heh, I didn't even know what a scopedog was until just now :) I painted the rest of this set up on Sunday. I have another six of them with heavier weapons (giant bazookas and shoulder-mounted missile pods), and a bunch of other figs - I spent my February budget plus birthday money mostly on my 6mm project.

This is the almost-finished lance (or squad, or tram, whatever) - I just need to wash and drybrush the guns.

Here's the lead pile, minus the figs I'm working on:

Now I only need more time!
