We did something a little different for this scenario, just to follow-up on our last game. We made this an “escape” scenario, limiting Ace's shooting and how much help he would receive.
The Ritual of Death
Lying before the mouth of the cave, Ace struggles desperately to break free of his bonds…

Ace finally scrambles to his feet just as the bloated and hideous jungle demon creeps from the shadows, to the clamorous cheers of the natives. Reaching instinctively for his Colt, Phantom Ace finds his holster empty…

This looked like a really fun scenario. Lots of leaping across cliffs and onto trees like something straight out of a movie. :D Too bad I didn't get to be there to see the action play out for myself.

I think it's fair to say that Phantom Ace has become the poster boy for Pulp Alley. :)
