Title: Valeria, my first mini for CROM. Now Belit. And finally Red Sonja.
Post by: blacksmith on April 16, 2013, 06:09:01 PM: Like I said, my first mini from CROM. Red Sonja and Belit will be probably chicks from Dennis Mize but first I have to order them to Reaper.

I was looking for something like that for ages for an established character, then eventually gave up and kitbashed an acceptable substitute. But damned if that mini isn't exactly what I wanted all along. You've done a really great paintjob on that one!

Very nice paint job on this figure. I like the other figure better but you made this one another successful presentation.

Will want to see what you do next in this series of female warriors or will you be switching to something different?

I have some Copplestone's barbarians that look exactly like Conan. I'll paint them after Red Sonya.

I like the blue color for Belit and we'll give her a pass on the chain mail bikini. After all, she might actually need to swim in hers. The definition you were able to show on her torso was worth the reduction in protection I think. Great job on her flesh.

You know, red for blondes, blue for brunettes and green for redheads...
Red Sonja is progressing nicely and I hope to finish her soon (she's also in chain mail bikini BTW). Thank you very much for your kind comments.

Here you can see her next to one Copplestone's barbarian I painted while ago. He could pass for a young and savage Conan.

She is definitely the best of them! Very good paintjob on a very nice miniature. I regret now having my conversion painted blond by seeing yours...
