Like I said, my first mini from CROM. Red Sonja and Belit will be probably chicks from Dennis Mize but first I have to order them to Reaper.
As you see I really need to work on lights. More pictures and comments on my blog: http://javieratwar.blogspot.com.es/2013/04/valeria-of-red-sisterhood.html (http://javieratwar.blogspot.com.es/2013/04/valeria-of-red-sisterhood.html)

Good job blacksmith! I think it looks really good! Makes me think I need to get painting for a Conan/Death Dealer project.
-
I need that mini sooooo badly. I was looking for something like that for ages for an established character, then eventually gave up and kitbashed an acceptable substitute. But damned if that mini isn't exactly what I wanted all along. You've done a really great paintjob on that one!
-
She looks really good, the red and gold really pop!
Great job,
Damien
-
Nicely done :-*
-
She looks marvelous! You could have added an arrow or two stuck in the the shield, so that it makes more sense, that she raised it before her face.
-
Really nice!
-
Thank you for your kind workds guys!
Southheaven, I wish I had thought about that before, it's a good idea.
-
Soooo nice! Love the mini, the combination of colours and how well done it is!
-
That really is a vibrant paint job. Very nice.
Bill.

WOW!!! very nice job :o :-* :-*
-
Lovely work; as mentioned previously the gold and reds are really nice
Who produces her? Reaper?
Cheers
Andy

Nice job on a nice figure. Personally I like the bronze and think it looks better than it would have looked in steel. Steel would have looked boring.
-
"This is Conan. He can not weep. Therefore I do."
Great character and your rendition does her justice.

Very nice paint job on this figure. I like the other figure better but you made this one another successful presentation.
Will want to see what you do next in this series of female warriors or will you be switching to something different?
Gracias,
Glenn

Thank you Glenn. I agree with you that Valeria turned out better than Belit. Now I'm painting another female figure sculpted by Denis Mize who will be Red Sonya. The idea is to paint the three Conan chicks to play some games of Crom.
Cheers,

That should be a nice trio of female fighter figures.

Nice! I agree I like the Valeria figure better (the concept and sculpting, that is - you did an excellent job painting both).
Have you done Conan himself yet?
-Michael

Looking great so far - looking forward to seeing Sonja and your take on the rest of the Hyborian Age heroes now.

I have some Copplestone's barbarians that look exactly like Conan. I'll paint them after Red Sonya.
Chees!

She is next, thank you! :)

I'm glad you've painted more of these so I could see that Valeria fig too. Nice, plentiful bronze armor! You worked that very well.
I like the blue color for Belit and we'll give her a pass on the chain mail bikini. After all, she might actually need to swim in hers. The definition you were able to show on her torso was worth the reduction in protection I think. Great job on her flesh.
Waiting for Red Sonja,
Jevenkah

You know, red for blondes, blue for brunettes and green for redheads...
Red Sonja is progressing nicely and I hope to finish her soon (she's also in chain mail bikini BTW). Thank you very much for your kind comments.

Here it is my Red Sonja. She didn't turned out as I expected but she is painted and now it is time to play CROM finally.

Here you can see her next to one Copplestone's barbarian I painted while ago. He could pass for a young and savage Conan.

Well, that is all. I hope to post a BATREP of CROM soon.

Nice! You have done very well with these. Just a wee bit green on my part (in a good sense of jealous) for your finished figrues.
Looking forward to pictures of these in action.
Gracias,
Glenn

A great looking Sonja - she fits in nicely with your other heroines.
-
Thanks for the kind comments guys, it is appreciated.
Now off to play! :)
-
I can't wait for the report as well! That Sonja has an interesting pose. I like the long flowing locks of her red hair. Nice coloring! And again, well done fleshtones on this Conan firebrand!

The sculptor is Denis Mize and you can buy it from Reaper

She is definitely the best of them! Very good paintjob on a very nice miniature. I regret now having my conversion painted blond by seeing yours...

Most Mize's miniatures are pieces of art IMHO.
Thanks to all for the kind comments.
