Hmmmm, what's the scale on that fellow? I like him quite a bit, and I wonder if he'll work for my game.

I very much like the bases for the conjurers with the undead coming from the ground. Idea saved on my to do drive :)

Keep us informed about the progress, please.

Best regards

That basing is inspiring. I've been hoping to build an undead skirmish force, and the Mantic undead bursting out like that will look great. Thank you.

OOOOH! You've got LOTSA COOL STUFF in the works. I also have moments when getting things all converted, based upped, & primed is a very satisfying activity...sometimes the "moment" lasts for months. Have FUN with whatever The Spirit moves you to do!

Your first guess was actually the correct one. That's Morrigan, priestess of the horned god, in the Celtos 'Fir Bolg' section: http://www.brigademodels.co.uk/Celtos/Fir%20Bolg/CLT-501.html

Cameras are Demonic Creatures; one can expect only so much from them before their evil nature comes to the fore. Be that as it may, you've got some OH-SO-COOL minis with your trademark WONDERFUL bases there.

I'm going to keep this topic as a bit of a blog for all my current fantasy projects... they are all more or less for Quest or Mordheim so why not...

The new Old Beasty Guy & all the Wonders you have prepped for painting looks OUTSTANDING...basing & priming is a real pleasure in & of itself. GREAT STUFF!
Keeping this thread as a blog for all your Fantasy pieces is an excellent idea; re, the variety of pieces will attract a lot more interest than a thread dedicated to each type would. SO keep 'em coming; I'll be sure to add a word of encouragement now & then.

What a collection Mo!! There are some very nice figures there. I'm looking forward to seeing some paint splashed around.

The variety in basing looks good too.

Cheers
Matt

That is a FINE start. That's about the shade I use as a base for undead/diseased flesh.  Then I hit it with a wash of the base flesh plus a little black & begin highlighting the sickly green with a mustard yellow/ocher while the wash is still wet; a final highlight with the mustard yellow when it's dry & done. Your rust looks AMAZING...really an EXCELLENT effect. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Thanks... there is a lot of inkting and highlighting in the flesh allready but I obscured it with a to heavy glaze... i think i will blackline the stuff I like and rehighlight and see where that leaves me... Thanks Deaf!
