Shhhh.
Here's something that only three other people have seen. I figure Alex can get a scoop on the big boys for a change. :)
One of the new figures that Aaron Brown of Black Crab Sculpting has finished for us is our intrepid female reporter for the New Commerce City Herald, Bridget Rourke.
The picture quality isn't good (I'll put better ones up once I have the green in hand) but I'm very happy with how she has turned out.
You can use her as civilian or hero, depending on your whims.

Thanks everyone. Aaron and I spent a lot of time going back and forth on her. I made him change things around more times than I think I would care to admit. But Aaron is a great sculptor and extremely patient.
I have not even gotten the green yet so I can only give a tentative release date of the end of August. When I have a firm one I will let you know.

Aaron is indeed a great sculptor. His stuff is rapidly moving up my list of 'Best pulp sculptors'
Is the camera kind of small for period, or am I being picky?

Nope. It's based on a Leica 1926 model. It's about the right size, though I won't argue it's exactly right. :)

Looks great, Rich! I really like Aaron's work too.

How about a version with an automatic in her hand?
-
Very lovely! Multiple hands with equipment would be nice, camera, small arms, etc :)
-
Very nice!
And who is to say that a nicely cut twin-set and pumps are not exactly what a well-dressed female journalist would wear on a plateau in Brazil? Dress for success and all that. Nobody would respect her work otherwise.

Brigade Games is coming out with a set of weapons (including many pistols) which would be great for conversions of her.

The figure is great! How can I get her into my Pulp Adventures to get on the scoop on what's happening. Will she be available at Historicon?
