Title: Khurasan's 15mm Half Life
Post by: No Such Agency on May 23, 2013, 01:40:34 AM
After much trepidation I had a crack at these figures.  They're not really the characters from Half Life 2, they are actually listed in KM's web site as "Dave Rimmer and Desiree Kim", under the Sepulvedran Resistance section in Sci Fi.

But since HL2 is pretty much my favorite game ever, I painted them this way :)

I also made them a couple of little pets.

Great brushwork!  The pets kind of remind me of turkey's revenge at Thanksgiving ;D

Dooo it!  And post them.  Don't let the amazingly fine sculpts intimidate you :)

Thanks :)  Worn denim is not that hard to paint.  You don't need to be too fussy about smoothness because the fabric should have variations in texture and colour anyway.  I base mine on an old, old pot of Space Wolf Grey that I've managed to hoard over the years.
