Citadel Six helped me with my custom Westeros shield transfers.
And I would add that Geoff was AMAZINGLY professional and responsive.
Highest regards and recommendations for him.

What I really want is a few basic shield designs and multiples of....I dont want to have to buy 12 sheets to get 12 men to have the same design
These could be simple beasts, symbols, or lines ? A bit like the transfers that come in the unit boxes from GW.
cheers

As an off the wall suggestion, you could make your own...

Quite easy actually Eric.
Choose your design(s) and first print them a few times to normal paper until you're staisfied with size, colour etc. If need be you can easily adapt those design with Photoshop, Coral Draw or similar program.
But decal paper suited for your printer ( Laserprinter or inkjet)
or
go to a copy shop and have it printed on the same paper for you.
If inkjet it wil probably need an extra coat of 'varnish' There are specialized products for this on the marker from Microscale and such.
Use as a normal decal. Nothing more really. Keep in mind you will probably not be able to print white so either you need a white background or have to print on white decall paper instead of clear
