Title: Pulp Alley - rules for Transport?

Hi. The RB makes reference to type 1 and type 2 transport but nothing more. Are there any rules out there for transport? Please don't refer me to a Yahoo site ...

Will the transport rules be included in the Perilous Island Supplement?
If not I'll just have to knuckle down and join the Yahoo group.
