Hey all,
Posted a review of the Scotia Grendel A.T.A.C. APC on my blog at
http://dawnofthelead.com/2013/06/07/a-t-a-c-apc-by-scotia-grendel-a-review/
Here's the tl;dr version:
Overall verdict: Apart from some casting and size issues, the A.T.A.C. APC is a very nice find for its price. It’s not perfect as a model or as an Aliens APC proxy, but if you want a little armoured power for your troopers, you could do far worse – especially if your minis collection is more 28mm than 30mm.

It is a nice bit of kit, and I bought three of these some years ago. Does the current version have axles on it. The three I bought did not, and I had to drill out the tyres and rig axles up to attach the wheels to the vehicle using cut down plastic tubing, it was a real bore but worked.

No axles, I just pinned the tires on using wire. Can imagine it must've been a chore...

It is certainly functional enough, as is most of the old Scotia Grendel stuff :)
I think that a lot of people could do worse than putting a few of these on the table-top :)

I bought one a few weeks ago to go with my Denizen and EM4 figures. I thought it looked fairly serviceable and it's not too bad a price.
