Having never really experimented with laser cut MDF, I was wondering how well these things paint?  Any special instructions or treatments, paints, etc?

They paint really well, here's an example:

Also I have a video for tips and trick where I explain how to paint as well as what glue to use, etc. All of that is at the bottom of the Kickstarter under Additional Information

Just an FYI, we are funded so your guaranteed to be receiving your pledge, also we send out rewards based on when the pledge was made, so to get your stuff quicker pledge now :)

We are also starting to close in our first stretch goal the steampunk crane, nothing to do with the middles ages, but it's still pretty cool ;)
