First time I see a group of imperials redcloaks on the web!
-
What are those Lhynn??
-
They are from Ilyad 'chronicles of the black moon', resin around 32mm and based on a fantasy comic.
-
The Lhynn Empire is the kingdom of comics : Chroniques de la Lune Noire. This empire consists of several states, vassal of a emperor. This empire fights against the forces of the black moon. The young Wismerhill (the hero of this comics) comes disrupt all that.

OK, I've read a few albums from that series (were published by Arboris in DK). I just did not recognize the armour (nor the name).... I think I remember ridiculously tall helmets on some of the warring factions??

I agree... "I thought I told you to remain on the Command Ship"
They look awesome, but shouldn't they be guarding the Emperor's Throne Room?!?

Vanvlak - how many times have I told you about taking your work home with you?

No, they guard the Emperor's throne but there also a vast army of these warriors who represent the law of Emperor accros the Empire.

The Lhynn are lovely figures - both sculpting and painting.
When I saw them, they looked sort of familiar and I had to go and dig out my ancient "Argus" album by Wishbone Ash to check. Sadly I realise I now have to buy it on CD, as the LP is virtually unplayable after all these years.
:(
Do you have a URL for anyone that sells them?
