I have painted some really old Foundry Miniatures models I had in my box, thinking about to use them in games based in my "Third Afghan War" project:

My intention is to put together in my new blog all the information possible for this project, including reference books, rulesets, figures, period pictures, history...

Comments are really, really grateful :).

Great brushwork. ;D
Some of the Perry's best work for Foundry I think.

Very nice! Love the contrast between the earthy tones and the brighter colours/whites.

Lovely painting. :-*
After all these years,
still some of Foundry's better figures.

Thank you a lot.
I agree with all of you; these are some of the best Perry figures. Sadly, they appears to be unable to make more figures with this quality...

Excellent paint job. The colours are just right for the Pathan. They still wear the same stuff today, they have just exchanged Jezzails, Lee Enfields and Khyber knives for AK-47 and RPGs.

Fab stuff, any chance of some close ups? :-*

Great painting on these "evergreens". I like the skin tone you did.
