Title: Another Lurker Emerges from the New Website!

Hello All,

Just thought that I better say hello, having joined about a week ago. You'll find me as CaptHugeCA on a number of forums though the real name is Hugh and I currently live in Oxfordshire.

I've been interested in wargaming for over four decades and still remember buying my first figure from Games Workshop when it was one shop in a backstreet in Hammersmith, London. I'm afraid I am one of those who now has quite a strong aversion to that company following some poor customer service.

My current interests are in 15mm Hordes of the Things (I find creating armies quite obsessive), 15mm Scifi and 28mm Future Wars and Pulp stuff though the demands of work, family and shortage of money seriously depletes the opportunities for playing.  :(

Wargaming tends to be either solo or with my sons as the local club meets on my two busiest days and I am not aware of any other local gamers  :'( but I live in hope.

I assume you mean Abingdon, as we meet every Friday and the third Sunday (Obviously unsuitable) of each month.
There are a fair few HoTT players, myself included  8)
