I've just picked up a Blade & Whistler figure from Gripping beast and very nice they are too. The other week I picked up Mad Max and his dog.
Now I'm looking for more two-figure teams for various games, mainly zombie bashes. They've got to be 1950's onwards, neat castings and definately armed.
So any neat suggestions?
-
Without naming names, I'd peruse Hasslefree's modern adventurer line. Lots of single guys and gals armed to the teeth.
-
Leon & Mathilda from Rogue Miniatures (http://www.rogueminiatures.co.uk/index.php/gun-miniatures.html?p=1)?
-
The LAM Post Apocalyptic range has a couple of pairs in it. There is the father and son from "The Road" in "The Last Heros" pack, and there is Tin Tin and his dog in the "Expedition to Mutant Land" pack.

Aye I've trawled HF thanks!

Ahhh someone mentioned these but didn't know where from so thanks!

Good one! I already have Tin Tin & Snowy, my grandson plays them quite a bit.

Oh, and Big Daddy & Hit Girl from RAFM (http://www.rafm.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=RAF&Category_Code=USXMin&offset=60) (or Mad Daddy & Baby Doll ;))
-
Good call... hmmm I could do Kickass and Hit Girl instead... 8)

Come to think of it, Hasslefree does Rick and Carl from the "Walking Dead"
-
What about Sinister and Dexter?
East Riding makes them, JB 3/7 and JB 6

Ah that reminds me I have that pair from "Hot Fuzz" so I'll go for those as they have guns.
E2A: Oh okay I got those mixed up... :(

not Deckard and Rachael from Aberrant Games :P

Probably not close enough and possibly a bit too much work- Madpuppet has Himmlich and Bonecrusher (http://www.madpuppetminiatures.com/main.php?zone=det&art=41), which with a bit putty, time etc should work well as Master Blaster.
I never got much further than considering purchasing them, though to be honest I'm not quite sure if I did buy them or not.

Egads! That's a photo I sent them years ago lol
Lovely figures, by the way. Much in the manner of Copplestone sculpts, they are a joy to put paint on and will reward even a simple paintjob like mine.

Looking at the only 'couples' I have in my collection;
Rammona & Scott (Scott Pilgrim) from Hasslefree
Duran and Briareos (Appleseed) from GZG

Interesting, but not iconic enough for me. ;)
-
I've just posted the first couple, amazed it's taken me over 120 days to manage this!
